Under the supervision of the Manager of the Custom Programs Unit, the Custom Programs Rep (Program Representative III) will provide high level of administrative, operational, and financial support and analysis to the Custom Programs Manager. The position has responsibility for program planning and implementation, administrative and budget support, and special project management for domestic and international custom programs and corporate education. The position will also work closely with the institution's Continuing Educators and custom program clients to plan and successfully execute custom programs. The unit has an annual operating and implementation budget of $1,000,000, and it is estimated that 30 domestic and international programs of varying lengths and in various locations throughout the world will be implemented in FY1314.
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills sufficient to speak with and write to persons of various social, cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds to develop effective working relationships, assess and resolve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision, and respond in a timely manner to prospective and existing clients' inquiries and requests.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing administrative, operational, and financial analyses of an operations' day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including working knowledge of XP, ME, Windows 95, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare budgets and multiple types of narrative documents.
• Experience in event management, including logistics and arrangements for schedules, venue reservations, delivery of audio-visual and other equipment, catering, and attention to a wide variety of details.
• Existing contacts and relationships with potential speakers and instructors in the areas of business & management, entertainment (including broadcasting & digital media), and other fields, as well as the ability to network and establish new contacts and relationships with potential speakers and instructors is preferred.

Targeted hiring salary range: $3674 - $4.166/Monthly.
