Dr prescribed VALIUM, K-flex and Cephalaxin,
The two doctors working (one was an intern), seemed to contradict each other, on the diagnoses. The male doctor was more perceptive, as I had been in terrible coming from Romania, where I was hit by my husband to my left knee, and I had mentioned that to the male Dr, too. The cortison injection hit me like a canon, because my knee was inflamed, and the whole area was swollen. I had a serious contusion, and could not walk for 2 weeks. I had to buy separately, a crutch for my left leg.
My knee swell up again, after REHABILITATION (was prescribed). PHARMACY @ UCLA PLAZA 200, FIRST FLOOR, is actually ground floor.

For urgent or time-sensitive requests, please contact your pharmacy directly. This is intended for non-urgent refill requests only.
Prescriptions at Non-UCLA Pharmacies and Mail Order (e.g. CVS, Walgreens, Express Scripts, etc): Please call the pharmacy directly for a medication refill. When you run out of refills, request another prescription by first contacting your pharmacy to see if you have refills on file. If there are none and you need a new prescription from your UCLA Health doctor then click "Continue" below. Please note that physician approval for your request must first be obtained before the pharmacy can fill it so it may take longer than usual for these medications to be ready for pickup.
Please plan accordingly to provide at least 3 business days advance notice when submitting a request through myUCLAhealth.
Prescriptions at UCLA Pharmacies: If your medication is dispensed at a UCLA Health Pharmacy, click "Continue" below to order a refill for pick-up. If you would like to request multiple prescription refills to be filled at the same UCLA pharmacy, then select all of those medications and proceed.
When you run out of refills, request another prescription from your UCLA Health doctor by clicking "Continue" below. Please note that physician approval for your request must first be obtained before the pharmacy can fill it so it may take longer than usual for these medications to be ready for pickup.
