Are you a hardworking Human Resources professional with a background in Biotech
or Pharma manufacturing? My client, is seeking a Director of Culture and Wellness to transform and lay the foundation of their Human Resources Benefits, Compensation and HRIS program!!!
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL OR BIOTECH COMPANIES ONLY!!!!
8-10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits a MUST
Prior experience developing incentive compensation programs for a publically traded company
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Experience implementing an HRIS system
Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing benefits and compensation
Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred
PHR or SPHR certification strongly desired.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement and govern the organizations complete Compensation & Benefits structure in its entirety
Develop and implement an extensive Total Compensation & Benefits communications strategy
Lead and maintain the Total Compensation strategy in partnership with the VP of Human Resources for the Company by recommending competitive rewards programs, variable compensation designs, and incentive programs.
Provide counsel on compensation and benefit matters including industry benchmarks and best practices
Work with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate compensation programs administration, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable ERISA, regulatory, and tax laws.
Have full knowledge of and utilize CA State and Federal Labor Laws from a compensation and benefits perspective.
