Free Trade Agreement of North America (NAFTA) and the
European Union (EU) Summary of provisions.

NAFTA

UE

 

Goals

Market trade in goods

Transnational criteria to
create step by step a political, economic and population union.

Activity

Each member sets its own
subject to external political negotiations.

The Council of Ministers
(the main decision-making body representing all countries) makes decisions
applicable to all members.

Currency


Each member has its own
currency.

Members have established
a common currency unit (ECU) but each country still has its own currency.
Under the Maastricht Treaty, it was scheduled that ECU be the single monetary
unit for 1999.

Duties

Each country retains its
own tariff regulations.

Members were united in a
single market since 1 January 1993. Capital, goods and services are moving
between EU countries. There is a commitment to abolish internal migration
controls, but some countries have postponed their fulfillment.

Transport

Authorizes trucks and
cargo, except to travel between countries. (El tráfico camioneroen cruzará la frontera xcepta
libremente para 1999.)
(The truck traffic will cross the border freely, but until 1999.)

It was established a common
policy for a block without borders and the full opening of transport routes,
except the truck traffic is prohibited in the Swiss and Austrian Alps.

Employment

Workers are not included.

Workers can move freely among
the member countries.

Migration and Citizenship

Only professionals, business
people and investors, have the right to work in the member states.

Citizens of EU countries have
guaranteed freedom of movement and residence. Citizens vote for the European
Parliament in theirs place of residence regardless citizenship. Passports in
color red are being introduced to give the EU citizens.

Free Trade agreements
with other non-members countries

Not covered.

Trade agreements are
signed by the Union and not by individual countries.

Foreign policy

Not covered.

Members are committed with
a common foreign policy, but few countries actually seek to ensure full
compliance.

Inflation and
macroeconomic Administration

Not covered.

The member countries must
adhere to the maximal limits.

Competence and quality

Not covered.

Members agreed to
establish common strategies to make all countries equally competitive. The quality
standards are minimal.

Consumer protection

Not covered.

Members are adhered to
standard regulations that are being established.

Social policy

Not covered.

Standard criteria are
applied to all countries (eg, social security).

Tax Legislation

It covers only the Double
Tax Treaty.

It established a standard
guideline for all members. Special privileges are granted to help
economically disadvantaged areas such as Spain and Portugal. Finland and
Austria will benefit by becoming members.

Environment

Participants are
establishing common standards in lateral treaties.

Members have established
a foreign policy of standards and measures.

Health

Not covered.

Members have established
a common program.

Education

Although NAFTA is an
economic union, it has emerged a lateral agreement, but not at the same level
for the ERASMUS program.


Exchange programs for
students in higher education and academics are established. The Erasmus
program supports students who study up a year in another EU country.

Defense

Not covered.

Members seek to develop a
common security policy. It has established a common military system, but each
country retains its own militia.

numesc Hotico  Dan , am 56 de ani, si
locuiesc in Baia Mare , RO.
     De circa  2-3 ani incoace , din senin , mi s-a pus ca un
taifun pe cap, d.na comisar sef de politie  Marincas Viorica – Inspector  Sef  la
Inspectoratul de Politie  al Judetului
Maramures .
      Sunt una din numeroasele  victime
 ale
 incompetentei manageriale a d.nei Marincas Viorica
– doctor in stiinte , in sensul ca in calitatea sa , de Sef al
politistilor  din judetul Maramures ,  nu a observat 
incompetenta profesionala a subordonatilor sai , in frunte cu d.l comisar
sef de politie Gherman  Dorin  - Sef al Politiei rutiere ptr. judetul
Maramures, care  in mod abuziv si ilegal
mi-au suspendat dreptul de a conduce autovehicule pe drumurile publice, desi
dupa 24 ore s-a dovedit ca fapta nu exista , dupa care mi-au facut dosar penal
ptr. conducere  in conditiile in care aveam  suspendat dreptul la conducere  ocazie cu care mi-au inscenat un  ultraj 
impotriva  agentului  de politie  rutiera , care in alergare   s-a impiedicat si a cazut de unul singur.   
       D.na  Marincas
V. , se face ca nu vede  incompetenta si abuzul subordonatilor,
desi s-ar fi impus sa ia atitudine si masuri  corespunzatoare ptr. indreptarea greselilor si
abuzului , precum si pedepsirea celor vinovati, daca jurnalistii ori o agentie
de investigatii , ar fi  adus marturii
despre aceste fapte  .
      Acum eu sunt nevoit ca sa adun materiale si
marturii ale subalternilor pentru a dovedi masinatiile ei nefaste.
       Pentru ca nu s-a intamplat asa , consider ca
d.na Marincas V. a dorit sa-i acopere  si
 sa-i protejeze pe subordonatii sai , iar
pe de alta parte  sa se razbune pe mine ,
lasandu-ma pedepsit pe nedrept , ca in cele din urma sa ajung  sa fiu pedepsit penal , la un an de
inchisoare cu suspendare , ptr. conducere 
cu permisul suspendat .
       D.na
Marincas V. doreste sa se razbune pe mine si pe familia mea, ptr ca sotia mea
lucreaza ca ofiter superior in unitatea  S.I.P.I.
Maramures, si banuieste ca sotia mea a cules informatii despre activitatea
acesteia si le-a transmis la Bucuresti, la unitatea centrala .
       Ura
ei este foarte personala , si are radacini  in gelozia profesionala.
       D.na Marincas V. i-a cerut , si l-a motivat
, pe agentul de politie – Bude Claudiu , care in ultima zi a termenului de
prescriptie , sa depuna  plangere
impotriva mea , ptr. ultraj contra autoritatii , si totodata  a  motivat  in  scris
toate criticile aduse de mine politistilor 
,  justificand  legalitatea masurilor luate de Bude Claudiu si
Pocol Dinu , impotriva mea.
       
Cred ca d.na marincas Viorica a promis 
protectie  politistilor  Bude Claudiu si Pocol Dinu  , ptr. greselile lor , cu conditia ca sa
depuna si sa sustina  plangerea  ptr. ultraj contra  autoritatii.
       
Asa se explica de ce nu au fost sanctionati politistii si de ce nu s-au
luat masuri de indreptare a erorilor si gresililor facute de ei – in cazul meu
.
    Prin
astfel de metode , d.na Marincas V. incurajeaza 
incompetenta profesionala  in
randul subordonatilor , determina servilismul  si incurajeaza slugarnicia in relatiile si
raporturile de munca in randul cadrelor active.
    Pentru a-si duce planul de razbunare pana la capat , d.na Marincas
V. a dat dispozitie subordonatilor sa
reactiveze ,
cu prioritate o ANONIMA  - 
aflata in nelucrare  din anul
2012  si uitata  in sertarele 
Politiei , in conditiile in care astfel de sesizari nu pot constitui
motiv de  cercetare  si tragere la raspundere penala, numai in
conditiile in care datele  rezultate din
investigarea cazului pot fi  coroborate
cu alte sesizari care privesc acelasi subiect si fapta .
      Anonima
  se pare ca este conceputa de o
persoana care avea niste date foarte exacte si concrete ale unor persoane, care
nu puteau fi obtinute decat din baza de date informatizata a Politiei !?!
(persoane pe care defapt eu nici nu le cunosc personal) -  priveste 
de  fapte comise in perioada 2008
– 2010 si se refera la incadrarea unor persoane fara contract de munca la o
societate  - UKRO   Security 
SRL  ,  unde am fost administrator, societate care acum
este dizolvata si lichidata, urmand  a  fi  radiata din registrul comertului .
       Cu
toate ca probele administrate sunt incomplete si neconcludente , organele de
urmarire penala au dispus calcularea unui prejudiciu estimativ , bazat pe
declaratii de martori fara sa fie coroborate cu date contabile concrete .
       Pe baza acestui prejudiciu estimativ organele
de urmarire penala au dispus masuri asiguratorii asupra unor bunuri care nu
sunt in proprietatea mea.
       Toate acestea s-au facut din dispozitia d.nei
Marincas V., care a adus politisti de acasa ,  le-a intrerupt concediu(numitul Pop Petru)
si  i-a rechemat la munca , ca sa
continue cercetarile , sa rezolve  dosarul 
si sa finalizeze cercetarile cat mai repede in acest dosar , ocazie cu
care mi-a si spus „ce sa fac daca te-ai pus cu cine nu trebuia”
     Cred
ca intentia acestei doamne este aceea de a ma condamna, si sa trimita cat mai
repede dosarul meu in instanta cu proprunere  de  condamnare
 cu executare  in regim de detentie , fiindca se vor  conexa  cele doua pedepse si  se  va
schimba  modalitatea de executare  , din pedeapsa cu suspendare  , in pedeapsa cu executare in regim de
detentie.
      Asa
cum se poate constata , si eu ca si altii sunt o victima a razbunarii d.nei
Marincas V. , a servilismului si slugarniciei , pe care o practica in randul
subordonatilor sai , pe care-i foloseste ptr. a-si satisface vanitatea si
interesele personale.
     
Mentinerea in functie a Sefului Politiei rutiere  - d.l comisar sef  Gherman Dorin 
, in conditiile in care acesta nu stie sa aplice  corect dispozitiile codului rutier si abuzeaza
de functia sa ptr. a implementa  in
cazierul auto , masuri  care au fost  dispuse  abuziv  si
ilegal , este o dovada de  neprofesionalism  de  care
 
sus-numitii fac dovada zilnic.
         Eu,
Hotico Dan, consider ca sunt o victima a acestor abuzuri la adresa drepturilor
legale garantate de Constitutia Romaniei. Semnat
