Dar il cunoastem in totalitate?

IA STATUL LA INTREBARI: SwissRomanianCP

MODELE JUSTITIARE; intreaba STATUL:

Corporate Body Snatchers vs Democratic Socialism

What's Wrong  With Corporatecrocy?

Corporate Body Snatchers vs Democratic Socialism10Nov2015 Written by Leonard Isenberg CONSIDER THIS--There is a certain irony to the fact that a word like “socialism” has been historically vilified. It’s been pounded into the American psyche that socialism is an alien deprivation of an individual's rights. But one only need to look at the history of how corporations were originally organized here and elsewhere to realize why it’s not democratic socialism that has hijacked the American body politic.  You could argue that democratic “socialist” programs have actually saved free enterprise capitalism in America and around the world by cleaning up the cyclical ravages caused by unrestrained corporate greed. Consider events like the Stock Market Crash in 1929 and the Great Depression in the 30’s all the way to the more recent crashes due to the credit default swap, sub-prime crisis and Euro-Zone financial fiascos.  To understand why corporations -- and…

Mexico's Supreme Court Paves the Way for Legalizing Pot ... Will Affect California and US:

Archive-HiddenMexico's Supreme Court Paves the Way for Legalizing Pot ... Will Affect California and US06Nov2015 Written by Nadia Prupis RETHINKING THE WAR ON DRUGS -The American-led war on drugs has done little to reduce cartel and state violence in Mexico. The Mexican Supreme Court has ruled that individuals have the constitutional right to grow and distribute marijuana for personal use, a much-anticipated decision handed down Wednesday that delivers a landmark blow to the drug war in Latin America.  While the ruling does not strike down any existing laws, it opens the door to legalization by challenging the country's strict prohibition rules and throwing the weight of the highest court behind a growing marijuana policy reform movement.  As reported by the New York Times, the ruling also "reflects a changing dynamic in Mexico, where for decades the American-backed war on drugs has …

WHO WE ARE--On the morning of May 31, Robert Hubina hurt his foot, so he skipped surfing to walk on the beach in Ventura, where he saw a dolphin with black tar in its mouth, lying dead amongst the rocks. He quickly realized it came from the 100,000 gallon Goleta oil pipeline spill north of Santa Barbara and took a photo with his camera.

Then he saw another dolphin and photographed that, too. The two photos were shared more than 2,300 times on Facebook, with people adding anti-oil hashtags, including #leaveoilinthesoil.

The history and idea of California are so tied up with oil—from the oil fields of Bakersfield and Signal Hill to millionaires like J. Paul Getty and Armand Hammer to the state’s famous car-and-freeway culture—that it is hard to imagine the sta…
